Kita Lab., belonging to the Faculty of Engineering, Tokushima Univ., Japan, is pursuing basic research of multimedia information processing. Kita Lab's research topics cover the fields of natural language processing, stochastic language models, information retrieval models, multimedia information retrieval, cross-media information retrieval, speech recognition, acoustic models, and speaker recognition.
